Hot Flushes Endured
Mood Swings Survived
Cups of Coffee Consumed
You’re not imagining it. Midlife hit like a hormone-fueled freight train.
Hot flashes ignore social timing.
Sleep is unreliable at best.
Weight shifts without warning.
Brain fog undermines confidence.
Libido changes aren’t talked about – but they’re real.
Being told “it’s normal” isn’t support.
You’re over being overlooked.
And you’re done being dismissed.
This isn’t about pushing through.
It’s about understanding what’s happening – and finding support that actually helps.
Our Story
Our Why
Our Mission
What We Believe
you deserve REAL support – Not dismissal
Hi, from Maggie & June
We come from different walks of life, but we share the same experience: midlife caught us off guard, and no one really explained what was happening.
We were told to “deal with it.”
That it was “normal.”
That this was just part of getting older.
It didn’t feel normal.
And it didn’t feel manageable without better information and support.
We created Glowing Menopause because we wanted what we couldn’t find – clear explanations, honest conversations, and tools that actually help women feel more like themselves again.
This isn’t just a website – we’re taking back our Power
…because too many women are being dismissed.
Dismissed by outdated advice.
Dismissed by vague reassurances.
Dismissed by the idea that feeling worse is just part of aging.
We built Glowing Menopause as a pushback against that.
Not a rebellion for the sake of noise –
but a refusal to accept half-answers, silence, or being told to “just deal with it.”
This is a place for clear information, practical support, and honest conversations.
Where modern tools and long-standing wisdom can exist side by side – without forcing you to choose a camp.
This site exists because women deserve better than being told to tolerate discomfort, confusion, and silence.
We’re not interested in fixing women.
We’re interested in fixing the conversation.
Straight Talk for a not-so-straightforward transition
To provide clear, honest guidance for women navigating menopause – grounded in truth, practical tools, and real-life experience.
At Glowing Menopause, we focus on what actually helps:
-
understanding what’s happening in your body and brain
-
easing symptoms like poor sleep, brain fog, mood changes, and weight shifts
-
cutting through noise, myths, and one-size-fits-all advice
You won’t find fluff here.
Just straight talk, thoughtful support, and reassurance that what you’re experiencing is real and that you’re not alone in it.
Silence and Dismissal aren’t Solutions
Menopause is real, disruptive, and often poorly explained.
Women deserve clear information – not dismissal or half-answers.
Support should be designed for this stage of life, not borrowed from advice meant for younger bodies.
Feeling better is possible, and no one should have to navigate this alone.
You’re not imagining this
Menopause can turn your body, sleep, and sense of self upside down – and most advice barely scratches the surface. Here, we slow it down, explain what’s happening, and focus on what actually helps.
